Chelsea Groton Bank Ranked
"2nd Best Place to Work in CT" 

Chelsea Groton Bank has been ranked the second "Best Place to Work in Connecticut," in the large company category, as reported by the Hartford Business Journal on April 16, 2007. This is the second consecutive year that Chelsea Groton Bank ranked in the top five. The selection process is two tier and the ratings are given after a survey by The Best Companies Group in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is completed, then analyzed by ModernThink LLC, in Wilmington, Delaware. Employer responses accounted for one-third of the score while employee responses accounted for two-thirds.
