Building Financial Skills Step by Step
Our Money Smart Program consists of 10 training modules designed to improve money management skills, through workshops held right at your location! Created in conjunction with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the program helps people with little or no banking experience gain a practical understanding of financial matters.

Chelsea Groton Bank Designated a Money Smart for Young Adults Partner by the FDIC
Chelsea Groton Bank is proud to announce that they have been designated a Money Smart for Young Adults Partner by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). The FDIC established the Partner program to recognize the efforts of people and organizations who share their commitment to actively build the personal financial management skills of young adults.

Chelsea Groton Bank's Community Education Program, led by Pam Days-
Luketich, began in 2004 and is now taught in numerous local high schools and community organizations at no cost. In addition to the various high schools that benefit from this program, Pam also holds a conference each Spring at Connecticut College for the students teaching them about fiscal responsibility and how to currently apply that in their lives and beyond graduation.
