Bank customers under quarantine, unable to work due to the virus, or unable to make a loan payment due to virus-related employment hardships should immediately call the Program Hotline at 860-448-4195 (Monday-Friday: 8am – 7pm, Saturday: 9am – 1pm) or contact us through the online/mobile banking secure email service to discuss your situation and how we may be able to help. While branch lobbies are temporarily closed, all branch drive-up, ATM, night depository and lending services are open. We will meet with customers by appointment for services that cannot be completed through the drive-up or other channels.
