Committed to Supporting Our Local Community
Our commitment is unwavering and this is especially true during difficult times. Chelsea Groton Bank's strength, stability, and advanced technology, as well as forward-thinking planning, have allowed the Bank to maintain all operations even as many team members work remotely.
"We are an incredibly strong and well-capitalized financial institution. We have been serving our customers and communities for 165 years and will continue to be supportive and responsive for however long it takes the community to recover from this. Thanks to our investments in technology, we are able to do all of this while still doing our best to ensure the safety and health of our team members, which continues to be a priority for us.” - Michael Rauh, President and CEO
Our Branch Lobbies are open for walk-in services Monday - Friday 8:30am - 11:30am. Branches that normally have Saturday hours are also open for walk-in services on Saturday from 9am - 12pm. If you recently traveled into CT from a state listed on the CT Travel Advisory, please use our drive-up instead of entering the lobby, in order to keep our team members safe. Drive-Up Banking is encouraged and available at regular hours. Online, mobile, telephone, ATM, loan and treasury management services continue to be available. Members may make appointments for lobby services Monday - Friday 11:30am - 4pm by calling the branch directly.
Chelsea Groton has established a set of relief measures for personal and business loan customers as well as all customers who may have special needs and accommodations during this period. The Chelsea Groton Foundation is also mobilizing to help those most in need.
