Lori Dufficy joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Senior Vice President, Director of Business Development in 2011. She was named Senior Vice President, Director of Sales and Service, and is responsible for overseeing bank wide sales and service initiatives, retail banking, marketing and public relations. In 2017, she was promoted to Executive Vice President. Lori began her banking career in 1992 at Fleet National Bank. Throughout her career, she has worked in various roles of increasing responsibility in retail banking, mortgage lending, commercial lending, marketing, and business development, at Fleet, Washington Trust, and now Chelsea Groton.
Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University, is a graduate of Fleet Bank’s Commercial Credit School and the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management, where she earned her Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) designation in 2013. She was recognized in 2017 as a New Leader in Banking by the Connecticut Banker’s Association.
Lori is Vice President of the Chelsea Groton Foundation board, serves as a board member of the Connecticut Better Business Bureau, and a committee member for Lawrence & Memorial Hospital, Waterford Country School, and the Boy Scouts of America Connecticut Rivers Council. She previously served as a board and finance committee member for the Kent Center for Human and Organizational Development, and various chambers of commerce boards and school-based committees. Lori and her family live in Groton, CT.
