Kristin Zummo Joins Chelsea Groton Bank as AVP, Learning & Development Manager
Kristin Zummo recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as AVP, Learning & Development Manager. In this role, Kristin is responsible for overseeing training and development for all team members at the Bank.
Prior to joining Chelsea Groton, Kristin spent over seven years in training and development, including five years at Electric Boat where she led company-wide talent, curriculum and leadership development. She also supported employee development through assessment, individual planning, and skills training.

As we continue to focus on ensuring our team members have ample opportunities to learn and grow, both in their current roles and for career development, Kristin’s enthusiasm and experience will be a great addition to the team,” shared Anne Wilkinson, SVP, Director of Human Relations at Chelsea Groton Bank.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Messiah College and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Mansfield University. In addition, Kristin is a certified DiSC Assessment Facilitator and a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
Kristin and her family reside in East Lyme, CT.
