Visit our Chelsea|LIVE team by tapping the ATM/ITM screen Monday – Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 9am-1pm at our Groton branch lobby, 904 Poquonnock Road, New London drive-up, One Montauk Avenue, Niantic drive-up, 21 Pennsylvania Avenue, Norwichtown drive-up, 50 Town Street, Norwich-Westside drive-up, 444 West Main Street, and other locations coming soon!
Our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) is similar to the ATM you use today but with the ability, at the tap of the screen, to be face-to-face with one of our local “Chelsea|LIVE” associates, who will be able to assist you with your everyday banking transactions live on-screen!
Here’s how it works:
Simply tap the screen to engage one of our associates. From there, we can help you with most banking needs that would normally be done inside the branch:
- Received your payroll check? We can cash it to the penny.
- Forgot your card? No worries, if you have your driver’s license we can get you the cash you need and get you on your way.
- Have to deposit cash you need right away? We’re happy to help.
- Need to make a loan payment? We’ll be sure it gets applied right away.
- And so much more!
Want to use the machine like an ATM? That’s fine too. Simply insert your card to begin a better ATM experience. You can choose multiple currency options and will no longer need an envelope to make a deposit.
